Shipping & Return Policy
- Items that arrive broken, dried out, or damaged during shipping or transit are eligible for a refund.
- The customer can receive a refund, store credit, or replacement.
- The Easy Return policy DOES NOT cover customer preferences for a different color of the goods, change of heart, etc.
- Within three days following the purchase, the return procedure must be started.
- The item being returned needs to be in its original packaging and be unused.
- Claims stating that we offer phony or counterfeit merchandise are not eligible for Easy Returns.
- All of our products are legitimate and come from approved manufacturers and distributors.
